Mrs. Nichols was very helpful in allowing me to express myself and the problems that I encounter that may
cause anger and lead to aggression. She was very easy to talk to and a very attentive listener. I was
able to get things off of my chest that had been a burden on me for a long time. I encourage anyone who
may have issues with anger or issues with any life situation to come and talk to her. It was helpful and
also rewarding to communicate with her.
